Geddy's
A WordPress site for a landmark Bar Harbor, Maine seafood restaurant, open since 1974, built to bring in visitors planning trips to Acadia.
The challenge
Most of Geddy's guests are visitors searching for where to eat in Bar Harbor. The site needed to rank for those searches and make it easy to see the menu, reserve a table, or order online.
The approach
We focused on local search content and on connecting the tools the restaurant already used, while adding features that give visitors a reason to come back.
The solution
A WordPress site with a full HTML menu with jump links and dietary tags, SevenRooms reservations, online ordering, gift cards, a live Bar Harbor webcam and time-lapse, a photo gallery, and local travel content.
