This policy explains what information Anne Schmidt Co. ("I," "we") collects when you visit https://anneschmidt.co, how it's used, and the choices you have.

Information you give me

When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, organization, the service you're interested in, your budget range, how you heard about me, and your message. I use this information only to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and keep a record of our conversation. I don't sell or rent it, and I don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, a transactional email provider, and stored in my email account and lead records.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, and whether a contact form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and browser. It doesn't give me your name or email address.

Scheduling

If you book a call through a scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter and handles them under its own privacy policy.

How long information is kept

I keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet tax and legal obligations. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, unless I'm required to keep it.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it on this page and change the date above.
